Pattern maker, seamstress, in love with her Sicily, personalizes her hand-made garments with prints taken from her watercolors. The Italian artisan Amelia Alessia Cristaldi took her first steps in the handmade world in 2001 after graduating in Architecture. She specializes in modeling that allows her to give shape to the clothes she has been designing since she was a child. In 2016 she created the first collection of handmade dresses for women and girls where she displays all her skills: sewing, modeling and painting. It is precisely from the way of painting the fashion sketches that the subjects inspired by Sicily are born: a reinterpretation of the shapes and colors typical of the Sicilian tradition.

Camilla Franceschi recently began her career as an artisan, following the family tradition of Italian artisan jewelry and goldsmithing but approaching modern materials, such as resin, which allowed her to experiment with different techniques and innovative ideas. Always looking for new stimuli and contaminations, she mixes “poor” and precious elements in her works. The lines of jewelry designed by Camilla, consisting of earrings, rings and necklaces, are inspired by nature, combining the elegance of geometric lines – dominant is the figure of the circle – with real floral elements.

Michele Santalucia started his work as a ceramist in Abruzzo in 1999; then he moved to Seville, Spain, to refine his craft. In 2006, after learning the local techniques and new artistic styles, he came back to Italy, Francavilla al Mare, his hometown near Chieti (Abruzzo) where he opened his own atelier, Ceramiche Santalucia. His ceramics incorporate influences of the classic Abruzzo ceramic tradition, from Castelli to Rapino, the work of the great masters of Italian majolica, Grue and Cascella, and the classical Greek pottery painting. His unique creations are the result of the quality of the traditional ceramic style combined with contemporary taste.
